Impact of Spectroscopy on CO from TROPOMI (Sentinel-5P)

The article was published on October, 23 2020 in Remote Sensing. It describes our findings on the impact of different molecular spectroscopic datasets and corresponding line profiles on the CO retrieval from TROPOMI short-wave infrared measurements.
Similar to our previous article using SCIAMACHY observations, it was found that using updated spectroscopic information improve the spectral quality. For more details, click the link above and read the article online or download the pdf-version.
